Protein smoothie

Ingredients

  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 dl / 7 oz Oat milk
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 80 g Kale
  • 1 dl / 3 oz Blueberries (frozen)
  • ½ Avocado

Directions

  1. Rinse the spinach and kale.
  2. Put all ingredients in a mixer and run it until everything is evenly mixed.
