Ingredients
- 120 g potato
- 100 g paprika
- 50 g peas
- 50 g mushroom
- 100 g carrot
- 1 onion
- 130 g lentils
- 50 g soy meat
Directions
- You can choose how you prefer to make your potatoes, I use a speedy way of poking holes into them with a fork and heating them up in the microwave. They come out nicely done and ready to be tossed in the pan.
- Bake your diced vegetables lightly in a pan and season with salt, herbs and pepper.
- Add your sliced-up potatoes and prepped lentils to give them a quick bake.
- Add the soy meat last so it retains its structure.
- Give a small drizzle of BBQ sauce before a final mix up and move to a bowl!
