Emelie Frances

Hey, I’m Emelie and I’ve been vegan since early 2018.

I tried veganism in the past but it never quite stuck, until one day I was looking at my dogs and realized that if I was against animal testing, I should be against eating animals as well. It was an adjustment but now it’s pretty much like breathing to me, and one of my current goals is to learn how to cook kick-ass vegan food from the Veganomicon.

My current fitness pursuits are kettlebell workouts, running, and yoga. Other interests include things like theology, behavior change, and ADHD in women.

When I’m not exercising, I’m teaching swim lessons, reading, writing, wedding planning (!!), or snuggling up with my two dogs (sometimes my fiance’s there as well).
