Hey! My name is Kate and I’m from Melbourne.
I’ve been into fitness for over a decade and vegan for almost six years; vegetarian for a year before that.
Recently I completed my bachelor degree in health science, majoring in nutrition and exercise science.
My primary form of training is lifting weights and I’m lucky to work at a gym, where I get to lift all the weights I want.
Health is a passion for me and I love helping people reach their goals and educating others to become the healthiest version of themselves!
